The increasingly popular Winter Wonderland Extravaganza, Santatown takes place again this year on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th December at the Sligo Folk Park, Riverstown, Co. Sligo (5 mins off the N4 Sligo/ Dublin). Local volunteers and staff rally together to convert the Folk Park into a fantastic Christmas spectacle with an array of lights, decorations and much more for the entire family to enjoy including a very special visit by Santa. Santatown is a testament to what can be achieved when a community pulls together for this special time of year.

Families travel each year from far and wide to witness this stunning occasion, which always captures a wonderful festive atmosphere. With activities and performances for young and old, Santatown will be a wonderful evening out. The restaurant will be open for anyone that would like a bite to eat.
The Christmas Theater will feature performances from elves and other special guests providing you with great entertainment for the evening. The children will have lots of fun as Santa will be stopping by to meet the boys and girls and present them with a wonderful gift on a one on one basis. The children can also post their letters to the North Pole in the special post box on Village Street and meet the elves too.
